Patricia Harris
Insurance Coordinator

Patricia has been with the COA since
August of 04. She started out as a volunteer and joined
the staff in August of 05. Her hard work assisted many
during the Hurricane Charley Disaster Relief. She has
several years in management and Legal Administration
experience. She is a SHINE counselor, trained by the
Florida Department of Elder Affairs and has a vast knowledge
of hte Medicare/Medicaid polilcies. She assists clients
with their insurance needs. She also assists clietns
with billing issues and filing claims. Patricia also
oversees our Caregiver/Companion Program. She interviews
and screens our caregivers to insure we are providing
the best possible services to our clients. She then
matches them to the clients who need various services
at home.
Joan Reinhard
Office Coordinator

Joan has been with the COA since August
04. She started as a volunteer and has since become
the Office Coordinator. She keeps our office in order
with her exceptional organizational skills. She has
several years in business management. She takes care
of the finanical accounts and budgeting. Providing
monthly financial reports. Joan also oversees the Seniors
On The Go Program which provides a transportation service
to the seniors in the community, taking them to their
"necessity of life" destinations.
